Salmon Fisherman's Paradise!

Fishing season at Sea Otter Lodge starts June 1st and goes through mid-September.  Spawner Kings move into the Clarence Strait along the shoreline and inlets of Prince of Wales Island in May, June, and July.  The Coho (silver salmon) come up around the first of July and run strong through August and September.  Pink and Chum Salmon are caught in July and August.  Twenty Fathom Bank is a short distance from the lodge and a hot spot for Halibut from June through August.
